Q1.Do you have an online shop?
A1.Yes, you can place international orders from our global online shop.

Q2.Can I claim a tax refund?
A2.You may claim a tax refund at our Kappabashi shop (Tokyo shop) if the following conditions are satisfied.
・Presentation of your passport (copy not allowed).
・If you are foreigner and your length of sojourn is less than 6 months.
・If the total amount of your shopping is over JPY 5,500.

*You cannot claim a tax refund at our Paris shop.
Q3.Do you have closed days?
A3.Kappabashi shop: Open all year around, except for about 1 week of the year-end and New Year's holiday. On the last day of every month, the store will close at 16:30 for in-house training. Please check our website or SNS for details.
Paris shop: Closed on Sundays and public holidays, also having Summer and Winter holidays. The closing dates will be informed via the official website and SNS.

Q5.Which is your nearest station?
A5.Kappabashi shop: 8 minutes walk from Tawaramachi station (Tokyo Metro Ginza line) or 5 minutes walk from exit A2 of Asakusa station (Tsukuba Express line).
Paris shop: 5 minutes walk from Saint-Germain-des-Prés station or 5 minutes walk from Mabillon station.
Q6.Do you have a gift wrapping service?
A6.Gift wrapping service is available except for some large sized kitchen device. Please inquire our staff for details.
Q7.Do you have foreign language speaking staff?
A7.English and French speaking staffs are on duty except some days off.
Please confirm if they are on duty prior to your visit.
Q8.Can I engrave my name upon purchase of a knife?
A8.We offer free name engraving upon purchase of our knife.
If you wish a same-day pick-up, please let us know in advance to make sure the engraving staff is on duty.
