Since oden is often placed in front of the customer when it's still in the pot, this is an "uchi-dashi"style pot, which is more pleasing to the eye. You can get it in classy copper or light and low-maintenance aluminum. It also comes in three shapes- circle, oval, and square. We are also able to make a size of your choice. Manufacturing Process
-
1. Hammering the bottom:
The bottom of the pan is hammered evenly from the center to the sides in a circular motion.
-
2. Hammering the sides:
Hammer the sides from the outside. The bottom and the sides are welded together so it is important to hammer securely to strengthen the material. The spout is created at the end of this process.
-
3. Putting the handle:
Add the metal parts for the handle of the pot. Next, insert the wooden handle and attach it with screws to complete the Yukihira pan.
