Woks sold at KAMA-ASA are made at Yamada Kogyosho, same as the frying pans. The wok is thin but sturdy due to the hammering procedure, and could be used in kitchens that make Chinese food, which require high heat. Woks are deep and the bottom is round, so the shape is perfect for stir-frying. Aside from stir-frying, you can also use in many ways such as stewing, frying, and steaming. Except for some sizes, we sell the woks without the anti-rust wax coating.
