A wooden box to store fish fillet at Sushi restaurant counters. You can keep the fish fresh and chilled by placing a stainless tray with ice pack under the drain board. The transparent acrylic lid allows displaying the fish fillet to your customers.
Since it does not need any electricity, you can use it anywhere you like.
