Stone charcoal grill is made of a special stone called "Kohga stone", which is a heat-resistant and light stone excavated in Niijima island, Tokyo. The outer is made of durable stainless steel and perfect for using in busy professional kitchens. Since this grill is not as heavy as brick charcoal grills, it is suitable for using at outdoor BBQ too. 2 iron bars are included as a set for grilling Yakitori or other food with skewers. The inclusive white heat resistant board is for placing below the grill.
35x21cm and 45x24cm size are KAMA-ASA’s original model and is ideal for grilling large ingredients such as chunk of meat.
-Do not touch the grill with hands while cooking. The grill will be very hot.
-Use in a well ventilated place when using inside the room.
-The inner iron grate may rust.
